Hey, after a very LONG time I can tell you that now everything works !!

I did a svn checkout of trunk and I am able to flash foneras using ap51-flash:
http://dev.open-mesh.com/downloads/svn/ap51-flash/

Just, it took me about 15 minutes to understand that I had to compile typing:

" make ap51-flash-osx "

So maybe a couple of lines on the wiki with guidelines on how to
compile for different platforms would help people that did not do like
me, reading the code and the Makefiles to figure how to compile :)
