Che cosa significa:

The doers of Guifi are financing their network themselves.
The users, like here the hospital of Vic are buying a one-off share of the fibreline. 
After that,they can use the infrastructure free of charge.

Ci sono questi grossi "soggetti" che pagano la posa della fibra e poi hanno accesso all'intera infrastruttura gratis?
La fondazione Guifi diventa proprietaria della rete e riutilizza la fibra?
