[Ninux-Wireless] Fix VLAN on Atheros AR8327N

Hello,

talking about:
https://dev.openwrt.org/ticket/12181

patch has been tested @ Ninux.org on TP-Link WDR3600. We are now able
to successfully have tagged and untagged frames together on the same
port.

Here is the clean version of the patch rebased on current trunk:

please review it and merge it into trunk.
