Premetto che non sono un fan di Google, ad ogni modo ha ragione Salvatore.

Il governo ha bloccato twitter sui DNS nazionali, la gente quindi usava 
i DNS di Google, il governo se ne è accorto e ha bloccato il transito 
nazionale verso i DNS stranieri.

Un po' come faccimao noi in italia con il "sequestro dei siti" che in 
realtà altro non è che un blocco al livello DNS imposto dagli ISP.
