[Nodeshot] two example of interactive elevation profile processing using gmap

NOAA had a 30X30 DEM resolution,
this could be a good resource for an elevation profile.

My question is: will nodeshot use Gmaps forever or could migrate, in the
future, to OpenLayers (this implies street view unavailability)
