[Nodeshot] two example of interactive elevation profile processing using gmap

Hi fede,

sorry if I wrote/write with this email instead of peppelinux at yahoo.it.
Keep in mind that OpenLayers supports GoogleMaps, so we could change
basemap, but I never tested it with StreetView.
