[Nodeshot] Automated install & upgrade procedure updated

I've been working intensively to simplify the django settings of nodeshot.

I thought that it would be better to manage the default settings inside
the python package, very few settings need to be customized anyway.

To reflect these changes I had to update both the manual install and the
automated install docs.

The automated install procedure is now stored ina separate repository:
https://github.com/ninuxorg/nodeshot-fabfile

I have been testing it on ubuntu 13.10
Next week I'll test it on debian and tweak it if needed, it should work.

I'll also put it under continuos integration testing, so that it will be
easier to track problems when changes are made.

If you have an ubuntu box and you want to try the procedure you can do
it easily with lxc containers!
