[Battlemesh-test] [Battlemesh] test-router platform upgrade, decide on numbers

Hello guys,

I was thinking a little about the tests, maybe you'll find some of the points
worth considering:

 * We have dualband devices now, the tests[1] still appear to be very singleband
   focused. Maybe add some dual band tests too? (bonding, interface alternation,
   etc...)? Or make good use of the second interface, e.g. using it for management
   traffic during tests?
 * Copy test specs to the battlemeshv6 wiki, link it on the main page and add some
   contact info?
 * Do the 4300 routers support ap51-flash? Marek offered to help integrating these
   devices if we need that.
 * If you want, we can schedule some time to present (possible) test results at the
   end of the wbm.
