[Battlemesh] Reaching tomorrow - 15.35 at VIC

Hi,

I am coming from Ireland and will be first reaching to Girona Airport at
around 13:40 tomorrow, from there I will take the Bus to VIC and mostly will
reach VIC at around 15:35.
Please confirm where do I need to go from the place where Bus will drop me
and how do I get picked up.
Also if anybody also is coming on the same time ,please confirm that also.
