We have the same rules also in Greece.

It is forbidden to talk about religion and politics, no advertisment of any 
kind, no sex or racist jokes. Other than that, you are allowed to talk about 
any stuff related (even loosely) to HAM radio.

Also, if you happen to notice "illegal" conversations, you must act and ask 
the operators to follow the rules. If they continue, you are obligated to 
report them to the authorities.

Of course this is all in theory.. :)
