I think it's a great idea.

I'd like to propose a couple of topics:

- International collaboration / coordination strategies. Is a Free
Networks "federation" or some other formal meta-organization a good idea?

- WCN as part of the Internet. Where does each project stand (ASN/IP
resources, accessibility, etc.)
