[Battlemesh] Date for Battlemesh v9 in Porto

I just checked for clarification, re:publica (a very large event) is May
2-4 and OpenTechSummit is May 14. So, OpenTechSummit will not conflict
because it's on a Saturday but re:publica certainly will be a problem
for some people as it is in the middle of the proposed week.
