Yes, you can use mptcp and a transparent tcp intercepting socks proxy
(iptables and SSH -d) to avoid tcp-over-tcp as mentioned in clauz
presentation. For the non-tcp traffic, you can use a tcp VPN such as vtun,
openvpn or SSH.
