[Battlemesh] Battlemesh 2017 - Short Status Update

hello Meshers,

time flies, #WBM10 kicks off in less than 7 weeks.

Preparations in Vienna are well underway. Travel scholarship voting is
completed (people from Brazil, Cameroon and Ecuador are the recipients).

And many early birds already paid their accommodation package, thanks!

Around 20 low cost hostel accommodations are still available - first
come first serve. Follow these instructions to get yours:
