[Battlemesh] Ideas wanted for Google Summer of Code 2018

As I do not have a github account and do not want to create one I am
unable to propose ideas via this web software. So I propose it here.
My proposed idea:
I would really love to see minstrel_blues[0] (or similar functionality)
in Linux (and other *BSD/…). It would help to reduce the interference
between mesh nodes and WiFi devices in general.
