[Battlemesh] New wiki template

Hey,

Last weeks we have been trying to make battlemesh wiki more responsive and
easy to view on mobile devices.

After a long period of 2+ years without any core updates, we have
considered changing the wikiengine. Fortunately, moinmoin (WBM wikiengine)
received an update last year. Clauz and I have put some effort into
updating the engine and customizing a template ready for WBMv12 that makes
it easier to browse during the event on a smartphone.

The work is not finished, but we'd like to hear from you. Please let us
know your thoughts and any bug that may persist. Thanks!
