Well, that's a little overbroad in that it basically got the ath10k up
to snuff. The hope was the iwl would also benefit,
but I don't know if those patches made it or not.

But, yea, the ath10k should be MUCH better now. The AQL stuff got lost
in the shuffle to redo the API. I note that I *started* to figure out
what had gone south at the last battlemesh, we had a few other fixes
that needed to go in on the ath10k, before that battlemesh I was
blithly assuming the ath10k was functioning properly.

I wish I'd been able to get the list to agree to reduce the codel
target to 5ms for 5ghz devices generally, but
more testing was needed. And backports....
