[Battlemesh] WBMv13 is coming this weekend!

Hi Battlemeshers!

We are at ETA -4 days to WBMv13!

Important information regarding the event:

* Location *
The event will be virtual, on a BigBlueButton instance hosted by
Guifi.net & eXO.cat Barcelona and streamed to other platform(s). Final
links will be announced on the wiki soon.

Coordination, questions to speakers & other discussions takes place in
the #battlemesh IRC and the Matrix channel (they are bridged) [1].

Please also note the wiki section called "hybrid spaces" [2]: local
places where small teams may want to meetup while participating
(observing local coronavirus restrictions).

* Participants / Registration *
Please check the participants page [3] to see if we've missed something
and consider registering. It's not mandatory, but helps us to prepare
capacity accordingly.

* Schedule / Agenda *
The schedule is almost done [4]. Some slots for lightning talks are
still available, please reach out to mailto:v13 at battlemesh.org to
reserve one.

To all speakers: please make sure that current slot assignment is OK for
you.

* Endorsements *
Thanks for all the endorsers! If we have missed some, please let us know.
