[ninux-dev] [GSOC] example of collaborative development with github (nemesis)

Hi Nemesis,

For Netengine, we could start with implementing the HTTP methods, for which
the testing would probably be easy. We could start by building a base class
for http.
Travis-ci is new for me, so I will have to research a bit and find out how
it works.
