[Ninux-Wireless] A FP7 European project on Wireless Communities called ULOOP

I found this stuff on the web, and I think is worthed to know that it exists.

Maybe it would be a nice idea to invite some representative of this
project to the WCW2011 to present (any) result of their work, and to
share ideas with these people that are paid (with public money) to
develop the tools we should need.
