[Nodeshot] Refactoring doubt: device fields firmware and OS

What I am thinking about is make data available to researchers that want
to write papers like this one:

But if it is as complex as it looks, let's just dump the big and ugly
strings in the "OS" field and have the researchers that need the data do
some processing. I don't see any other application.
