[Battlemesh] FCC talk update

That problem seems to be intermittent.  I can get it sometimes, not 
others.  I was thinking of writing an email to the FCC, but instead of 
writing an email address on their website, they have a clever picture of 
an envelope, with the word "email"written under it.  It is a mailto: link 
with a subject line, but no actual email address.

I'm not sure the FCC is serious about accepting comments!
