[Battlemesh] Just created v8 agenda

[txt.file at txtfile.eu]

I know not a single conference which publishes the talk proposals. So
for me it is normal to see no agenda. The agenda will be published
shortly (max one week) after the submission deadline passed (2015-07-15).
