[Battlemesh] still no public info on starlink

Thank you for this. I'd completely forgotten I'd given a talk about
starlink! It's now been nearly a year, and the third batch of starlink
satellites is due to go up day after tomorrow... (
https://go4liftoff.com/launch/falcon-9-block-5-starlink-3 ) and
*still* nobody knows how the starlink protocol will work, or how
applications will interface with the boxes. They have a *really
agressive* launch schedule for the rest of the year, also.

Most recently there was speculation (again from mark handley) about
how it would work using the ground stations to relay ( good video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m05abdGSOxY&feature=youtu.be paper:
http://nrg.cs.ucl.ac.uk/mjh/starlink/hotnets19.pdf ) ignoring the
fairly limited bandwidth there seems to be on the hops up and down
from the ground. Aside from mark's publications... nothing. nada. zip.
no idea how this thing is going to actually work.

Starlink could be one of the most important new technologies for this
community, ever... and I keep hoping spacex will take the wraps off
how the dang terminals are going to work.

I'm so frustrated, I tweeted at musk today.
