[Battlemesh] Freifunk is part of GSoC 2021!

Hi there,

we’ve made it again! We got accepted as mentoring organization for
Google Summer of Code 2021!

>From now on students from all over the world will look for projects, and
may contact the mentors mentioned at https://projects.freifunk.net
<https://projects.freifunk.net>. Please spread this information, so that
we can reach a lot of students.

What are the next steps?

* I’ll add everyone I already know they want to mentor as mentor. If you
don’t get an invitation but you should get one, please ping me.
* Students may contact us, if they have questions regarding projects.
There is a matrix room we

* The application period will start on March 29. From this day students
can submit their proposals.

ps: from this year on, the restrictions for students are more open:

>   * We've opened up the eligibility to allow for more folks to be
